The facility is reachable on good streets from Passau within 70-90 Minutes. The streets are excellent to Cesky Krumlov. The next train station is 600 metres away. A regional train from Cesky Krumlov 5 times a day. From there it is possible to reach Budweis, Prag or Linz. There is also a bus station in Pernek 1000 metres away. Connections to Lenora / Vimperg or Horni Plana - Cerna - Cesky Krumlov, or over Cerna to Lipno and from there to Bad Leonfelden and Linz. From Pernek you reach the Seepark-Residence over asphaltic streets.
