South Bohemia is still a region
which lies within the so called convergence objective (formerly
Objective 1). Because of that some projects receive an aid if they
fulfil special criterias. You can call upon the aid of €
500,- per apartment till the
31.6.2010.

1) Application for the aid
2) Reservation for an apartment
and send it per fax to 0043- 732 - 67 07 89 - 24! But not per mail
please! The aid is valid after a written confirmation and the
amount of the aid can be deducted from the purchase price.
