But it is permitted easily and quickly. Our attorney will help you with the authorities for a fee of € 280 - which already includes dues and travel expenses.

The application for reservation is the first step to your new apartment. Please complete the form and fax it to 0043 - 732 - 67 01 89 - 24

According to the Czech law the contract of purchase has to be signed with acknowledgment. Our notary Dr. Ivan Kocer (who speaks German and Czech) can help you. The contract will be translated in English from an authorized translator.

With the escrow agreement of the Raiffeisenlandesbank Upper Austria will be assured, that first it has to be proofed to you with an certification off title, that your property was registered in the cadastral register.

The licence agreement concerns the property management and assures that the property is well-kept through a janitor who also lives at Seepark Residence and that all part owners make a contribution to the running costs.
